As Vice President and Head of Marketing for Castrol in India and South Asia, Rohit Talwar oversees the iconic brand in one of the most important economies in the world. Prior to this he was Marketing Director for Castrol in Vietnam where he led several important initiatives in the market and Asia Pacific region for Castrol.

Passionate about marketing that makes a positive impact on consumer and customer lives, Rohit’s 21-year career has seen him leading high-performance multicultural teams, both locally in India and globally. His distinguished career spans both developed and growth markets within the Castrol group.

He is currently based in Mumbai with his wife and son.

Outside Castrol Rohit serves on multiple marketing award juries and he is also an active participant in industry-influencing forums. Rohit's academic background includes a science degree and an MBA in marketing from ISB, Hyderabad. Rohit is a dedicated family man with a passion for sports, often found on the tennis court or enjoying quality time with his family at the beach.
