Namrata comes with a 20-year career & leadership roles in marketing and digital.
She has headed a unit of Ogilvy, leading the digital strategy for brands such as BMW, American Express and Honda. Most recently, Namrata led marketing, digital transformation and customer analytics at a retail conglomerate in the Middle East, integrating offline and online.
She co-founded Media2win, an independent, full service, digital agency back in 2005. It was rated as one of the top digital agencies in India by leading industry bodies.
Namrata then joined OgilvyOne Worldwide to lead a 70+ team, heading the office and leading the digital marketing strategy for brands such as BMW, Honda Cars, American Express, Coca-Cola, Dabur and more with P&L and growth responsibility.
She moved to Dubai to lead digital transformation, digital marketing and customer analytics at the leading retailer, Landmark Group, for the MENA region. Namrata led digital transformation initiatives, built a single customer view across offline and online channels, setup the digital strategy for businesses across F&B, Hotels, Gyms and FECs, increased share of e-commerce revenue significantly and set up the data strategy to increase revenue through customer analytics.
Namrata currently consults with corporates and startups on digital marketing, customer experience, martech and digital transformation.
