Mutia's journey began in the newsroom in 2001 and evolved into advertising sales in 2005. Then, she ventured into tech giants, working for companies Microsoft and Google before returning to the local media scene. 

With expertise in both traditional broadcasting, Tech & digital advertising, she currently leads Emtek Group as the Chief Revenue Officer, leading the integration for Emtek's business units, such as SCTV, IVM, Moji, Mentari, KLY, Vidio, RANS Entertainment, and more.

Aside from her professional career, she is into health and wellness. She holds Hot Pilates, Yoga Barre Certifications and runs a wellness Yoga & Pilates Studio, and builds one sleek app of free workout videos for everyone's healthier lifestyle
