As Chief Digital Officer at RPA, Mike Margolin oversees the agency’s digital comms strategy and digital product strategy teams, which focus on creating experiences to help grow the agency’s enterprise Clients’ businesses. Mike’s work spans ad + marketing tech, CRM, content strategies, search marketing and digital analytics. His teams work across clients including Honda, Farmers Insurance, Apartments.com, La-Z-Boy, Southwest Airlines, Cedars-Sinai, UNICEF and other great brands. His teams also guide the agency’s use of advanced marketing and machine learning technologies for targeting, personalization and marketing optimization.
Outside his role at RPA, Mike serves as Director of the 4A’s Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies at UCLA, the nation’s top training program for rising advertising agency stars. He’s also a member of the 4A's Think Tank for the Future of Programmatic and Automation, the ANA’s Marketing Futures Committee and currently is completing Artificial Intelligence coursework at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
