Leah Beirne is the Director of Media and Acquisition at E*TRADE, overseeing acquisition strategy across all existing and emerging digital performance channels. Prior to her tenure at E*TRADE, Leah was Director of Online Marketing Acquisition at Ralph Lauren, leading e-commerce customer growth programs and charged with maximizing omnichannel revenue and ROI from performance marketing. She previously has held various roles on the both the publisher and agency sides at Microsoft, 360i and iProspect, with a focus & specialization in media analytics, paid search, programmatic and paid social. Leah is a graduate of New York University, and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy.
