Kunal Aman is the Head of Marketing & Communications for SAS for the Indian Subcontinent and is part of its JAPAC Marketing leadership. SAS is a leader in business analytics software & solutions. He has been responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive SAS’s aggressive growth in key markets such as India, Japan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Kunal has in-depth experience in developing marketing strategies that deliver tangible results and in creating & leading hi-performance teams having worked with diverse functions such as Corporate Strategy, Analyst & Advisory Relations, Field Marketing & Communications in various capacities with companies such as Amdocs, L&T Infotech, Datamatics and now SAS.
He is sought for his views on AI, Analytics & Marketing and has been quoted in leading publications such as The Economic Times, BusinessWorld, CIO.in, Dataquest and many others.
Kunal has also been a speaker at several conferences organized by the likes of Economic Times, ITSMA, CMO Council, MMA, CXOTV, CRM Asia and has been bestowed upon several industry recognitions.
Kunal received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University & received his Master’s in Business Administration from SP Jain & has completed his executive education from IIM Bangalore.
He also guest lectures at top institutes in India such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay, SP Jain & ICAI.
Outside of work, Kunal has diverse interests. He is passionate about travel and loves to explore the outdoors. Kunal runs marathons, writes poems and pursues photography as a hobby.
