Working more than 13 years within customer experience business and data driven marketing, Julian has extensive know how in the conception and implementation of different CRM & Loyalty programs tailored to corporate strategies. He has worked with leading CRM programs such as PAYBACK, Miles&More, BahnCard and Douglas Beauty Card. His experience ranges from functional conception of omni-channel programs, elaboration of corresponding organizational processes, down to technical implementation and execution across various channels, including mobile, online and in-store. Since 2019, Julian is Director for Digital Marketing at McDonalds Germany where he is responsible for mobile marketing and personalized omni-channel communication.
