Jennifer Austin joined Carnival Cruise Line in 2021 to lead all Paid Media (online/offline), SEO and Performance Advertising. In addition to Media efforts, Jennifer leads the Audience Segmentation initiatives as well as Marketing Measurement and Analytics. Prior to Carnival, Jennifer spent over 20 years within Advertising Agencies leading accounts across multiple categories including Automotive, Entertainment, Fashion, QSR and other retail services.
Jennifer has a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and resides in Miami, FL with her husband and two boys.
