Hana Tran is a seasoned marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and Co-founder & Group Account Director at RSVP Vietnam, with over 15 years of experience in brand experience, integrated communications, and digital activation across Southeast Asia. As the long-time agency partner for Google in Vietnam, she has led award-winning campaigns that blend innovation with measurable impact—recognized with GOLD and SILVER MMA Awards, including the social impact campaign “Kiên Cường Việt Nam”, which raised $80,000 in just two hours to support women-led businesses during the pandemic.

Hana spearheaded two of Google’s most transformative national programs: Accelerate Vietnam Digital 4.0, empowering over 680,000 SMBs, and Vietnam Women Will, in partnership with Google and Unilever, supporting over 100,000 female entrepreneurs and leaders. She also contributed to Phát Triển Nhân Tài Số, Google Career Certificates, and Google for Startups, reaching 40,000+ students and job seekers, and thousands of startups.

Beyond Google, Hana consults international brands entering Vietnam, Singapore, and the Philippines, and has led campaigns across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Taiwan, and more.
