Carmen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from IAE. She joined Johnson & Johnson in 2009 and developed her career in the marketing area through different positions of increasing responsibility. In her last position as Connected Commerce Manager, she played a pivotal role in developing e-commerce growth strategies and creating accurate and frictionless connections with consumers, driving the digital transformation agenda. In January 2022, Carmen assumed the role of Marketing Head for the South Cluster, being responsible for leading the Marketing area.
