Bülent Başaran is the Commercial General Manager of  Hepsiburada.com –the leading e-commerce  company of Turkey for the last 16 months.

Prior to Hepsiburada.com, Bülent Başaran was the General Manager of Tekin Acar Cosmetics -an investment of  Turkven Private Equity-  where he successfully rebranded the company and led a rapid profitable growth and finalized the exit process in 5 years. Başaran’s extensive retail experience covers directorship of Al Shaya Group Fashion Brands in Turkey, representing a wide range of brands including like Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge, Next, Peacocks,  and Debenhams Department Store.

Before then, Bülent Başaran was Business Director of UK  Monsoon  - Accessorize establishment in  Turkey and  its extention in CIS region. Also he held senior leadership roles in Desa and Toys ‘R’ Us throughout his retail-focused career.

Bülent Başaran completed his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and holds two Masters degrees in Financial Management and International Management from Istanbul University. He is married and have three children
