Abhishek Desai is Marketing Director at Procter & Gamble responsible for the India Sub- Continent. He has held leadership positions leading large multi-cultural and multi-functional teams while managing iconic billion dollar brands like Gillette, Oral-B, Tide, Head & Shoulders, etc. across different geographies including India, Korea, ASEAN, Australia and China. Prior to his current role in India, Abhishek was the Marketing and Commercial Headfor P&G’s Korea business.

For his work across different marketing roles in P&G, Abhishek has won many accolades and awards, Cannes Gold Lion & Silver Lion, Effies Gold, Campaign Asia-Pacific Brand of the Year, Asia Marketing Effectiveness Awards, to name a few. He is also passionate about organization development and plays the role of a corporate trainer, recruiter and coach at P&G for which he has won numerous awards within the company.

Abhishek is closely involved in the education of underprivileged children through the ‘P&G Shiksha’ CSR program which has supported over 1500 schools across India which will impact the lives of more than 1 million children.

Abhishek is an alumnus of Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi. He enjoys travel, meditating, playing squash and swimming.
