Vinicius leads Performance & Growth at Noverde, a top consumer lending platform that leverage technology to enable credit access for thousands of underserved and middle-class people in Brazil. For the past 7 years, he has been engaged in UA strategies for app-based products. Before he joined Noverde, Vinícius spent a couple of years in San Francisco (US), helping build the Marketing team of Tile, a tech startup in the first funding round at the time. Spearheading Performance efforts within the Acquisition team, Vinícius was part of the team that skyrocketed the startup’s earnings from $16M to $100M in yearly revenue, after launching two new products and going through two more investment rounds and millions of users worldwide. Vinícius also helped build a dedicated Growth team at Wunderman (WPP Group), managing performance campaigns for Google (consumer apps) and Vivo between other clients.
