Steve Axe is the global head of marketing for Nomad Foods, a market leading frozen food company employing over 4,600 people in 17 countries, with a portfolio of leading brands such as Birds Eye, Iglo and , Findus amongst others. In this role he is accountable for global brand positioning & growth strategy, global innovation pipeline, global advertising & packaging development, global consumer research, global media & digital strategy & capabilities, global marketing capabilities & talent pipeline, and agency partnerships. Steve has a passion for building brands and people, and sees digital transformation as a fundamental growth driver of his business across all elements of publishing (content, media, & ad-technology) through to seamless connections with e-commerce. He comes to this role with 25 years of experience in blue chip consumer goods companies (Mars, P&G) in global, regional & local roles across three continents.
