A modern marketing enthusiast and a digital transformational leader, Shilpa has 22yrs of digital marketing & strategy experience spanning multiple industries and has worked across both client and agency-side businesses.

Shilpa passionately drives digital skill building initiatives for Microsoft Partners in India and Africa under Microsoft's Skills4Afrika Initiative and enjoys both teaching and mentoring. Shilpa has been a guest lecturer & an external examiner with Delhi University & IP University for over 10yrs now. She actively mentors students and ecommerce startups across India and Africa.

In the last few years, on the back of success of roles she has led, she has been invited to speak at various B Schools and technology and digital forums across the country. She has been a jury member across E4M India Digital Marketing Awards, DMAI Digital Awards, AgencyFaqs VDoNext Awards, The Maddies and SOCA International Awards.

An avid learner, Shilpa holds a Gold Medal in Management Studies (2005) from IMI New Delhi, an INSEAD certification on Online Business Strategy & Financial Acumen (2016) and a distinction from Kellogg University in Modern Marketing (2017).
