Rohini Behl, Head of Sustainability, L’Oreal SAPMENA, leads the L'Oréal for the Future program for the SAPMENA Zone, which comprises over 35 markets and covers the fastest growing, most populous and young demographic markets of the world. Rohini’s key responsibility is to embed Sustainability into the way we do business. This involves initiatives across the business to transform itself to respect planetary boundaries, empower the extended ecosystem in their journey toward sustainability, and projects that contribute to urgent social and environmental issues that the world is facing.
Rohini has 25 years of experience in brands and business. Prior to joining L'Oréal, she was Marketing Director at Fonterra Consumer Brands in Indonesia and served several roles for Unilever in India and globally. Rohini holds a double major in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Mumbai, is trained in Transformational Leadership with Singularity U, Circular Economy with the Ellen McArthur Foundation and has completed the Business Sustainability Management program at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
