Ricardo Guerra started his career at age of 12 managing a Giraffas® kiosk for 2 months in Brasilia. At 18, he created a company, FG Affairs for the management of the restaurants chain with his brothers, coordinating the financial and accounting department of the enterprise. At 21, he joined Kimberly-Clark as an intern, and he has worked ate the company for four years, working as a business consultant for Trade and global customer team. In 2010, he returned to his business as operational and new business director to develop the operational area, assisting in the professionalization and expansion. In 2012, he joined Giraffas® as the new Marketing Director, reporting directly to Alexandre Guerra, CEO. The executive is based in Sao Paulo. The executive holds a degree in business administration from ESPM, with an emphasis in Marketing.
