Prior to Vidio, Ratih was at Facebook helping Facebook understand the local Indonesia's market to identify growth opportunities and ensure Facebook's relevance in Indonesia.

Her academic background reflects a diverse skill set: a Master of Applied Commerce in Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honors) in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Gadjah Mada University.
