Prior to joining the advertising industry as CEO and Founder of ZEE, Quan Ngoc had ten years of experience in the media world as a journalist and held senior positions at VnExpress and Zing News. He was also the strategic communication specialist behind numerous leading businesses and top-tier artists in Vietnam.
In 2016, Quan Ngoc officially kickstarted his career in advertising with the establishment of ZEE, his agency. Understanding that lifestyle is his forte and that it was the prime time for beauty and fashion brands to thrive in the domestic market, he chose a lifestyle-led positioning for ZEE. The turning point was when ZEE became the official agency for H&M's Grand Opening campaign in Vietnam in 2017. From there, ZEE has become a reputable name for brands from all sectors, from local (Hoà Phát, VIB, Bitexco) to global (Unilever, adidas, Oppo); from mass (H&M, Nike, Watsons) to luxury (Chanel, LV, Clé de Peau, and Sulwhasoo).
To secure ZEE's position as the "top lifestyle-led creativity and performance agency", Quan Ngoc always guides and inspires the team to break new grounds and nurture its lifestyle-led essence. To accomplish his mission of creating more sustainable values for the domestic advertising - marketing industry and fostering creative growth for the youth, Quan Ngoc has invested in many technologies, media, and entertainment projects.
