Mr. Nguyễn Thiện Tâm has 14 years of experience in banking and finance industry in Vietnam and Canada. He demonstrates a high degree of professionalism with in-depth knowledge of financial services such as financial planning, wealth management, priority banking, insurance... Especially, Mr. Tam was a key member in setting new business division for  leading financial institutions here in Vietnam. 

At FECredit, Mr. Tâm is responsible for carrying out the development and management of innovative ideas relating to the company’s products, services and processes. His ownerships also include developing innovation portfolio management processes, keeping in touch with external industry innovation trends and fostering internal environment for innovation.
