• Ha is a professional digital marketer with more than 9 years working in FMCG, F&B and digital agency at Global and Country levels. Expertise in digital brand building, media, E-commerce, and technology, Ha constantly aims to drive digital for business impact and ROI effectiveness. Currently, Ha play a role as Digital Hub Lead at Unilever to drive the business impact by leveraging Data Driven Marketing
• In 2018, Ha is appointed to the Global Digital Marketing Automation Lead to consistently deliver the high effectiveness of marketing automation at global scale. This project aims to bring the higher business impact by optimizing operation budget and accelerating automatic digital 1 on 1 media communication, E-commerce to increase market penetration with lower cost.
• In early 2017, Ha was assigned to be CRM and Digital Marketing Manager in charge of Indonesia market. Ha successfully increased Indonesia’s Friso brand equity and sales growth while upgrading the capability of the local digital team.
• Over the years at FrieslandCampina(FC) Vietnam, Ha helps raise Friso brand to become the Number 1 brand in Vietnam. Ha also played a critical role of in implementing the Data Management Platform which manages the whole consumer data insights for marketing targeting.
