He is an avid theatre enthusiast. He writes, directs and acts in Hindi plays. His Play - 'Kashmir. Hum Kya Chahte?' has been performed across Mumbai including the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival in 2017. His next play - The Apostrophe in my Life has also been well received and is playing at theatres currently.
Neeraj is a close observer of the state of Human Rights in India and the world. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights from the Indian Institute of Human Rights.
