Matt Wardle is a Partner with Kantar Consulting and a marketing expert with 20 years’ consulting and client-side experience in North America, Europe and AsiaPac.

Matt's passion is unleashing growth – for businesses, brands, and people. His specialism is transforming marketing effectiveness through developing and embedding strategy, structure and capabilities.

Matt has deep experience in marketing organizational design, developing marketing capabilities and designing and embedding ‘ways of marketing’.

During his career in client-side marketing, Matt held global and local marketing roles at Cadbury Schweppes and Douwe Egberts coffee. In 2009 Matt moved into brand consulting and has risen to Partner, working with clients including Verizon, Google, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Red Bull, J&J, McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Heineken, Pernod Ricard, and HP.

He has led programs to benchmark, organize and build future-facing marketing capabilities, with clients from telco, tech and CPG.

Matt has worked in London, Sydney and Amsterdam, and currently lives in New York with his Australian wife.
