Mark has over 25 years’ experience in strategic insight and has worked with numerous major companies. His experience stretches from retail and customer journeys right through to branding and innovation and across multiple business sectors.
Since Joining Truth in early 2010, Mark has helped build it into a highly respected strategic insight agency. He is still very hands on and is lucky enough to have worked with a long list of clients across many sectors and business challenges.
Mark has a PhD and is an Honorary Fellow at Royal Holloway (University of London). He is also a Fellow of the RSA and sits on the editorial board of the International Journal of Market Research.
