

Lalatendu Das is CEO of Performics India (A Publicis Groupe company). He has ~25 years of rich experience in incubating digital businesses, digital transformation and growth. In his current role, he helps brands grow by leveraging digital media (search, social, programmatic), retail media, content/ influencers and retention marketing.
Prior to Performics, he worked for almost 10 years with McKinsey, where he was Partner, Core founding member of McKinsey Digital Labs in Asia Pacific and co-lead McKinsey Digital and Technology practice, Asia Pacific.
Before joining McKinsey, Das has led numerous large scale operating responsibilities in Tata Consultancy Services across India, Western Europe and North America for more than a decade. His key focus areas have been new digital business builds, digital transformation of consumer journeys, advanced analytics- led transformations and industry focus on BFSI, Telco, Tech and Software Products.
He is an engineer and a Postgraduate in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
