As a senior partner at the world's premier executive search firm with more than 70 offices globally, Greg joined Spencer Stuart 23 years ago.
Greg has distinguished himself as the marketing functions "go-to" recruiter in the industry, leading over 800 searches for many of the world's most iconic brands. Additionally, he has remained active in CEO and board searches. He also has been a frequent guest speaker, thought leader and mentor to the industries top talent and has been a frequent contributor to the likes of Harvard Business Review, Forbes, The WSJ and Adweek.
In his current role, he serves as the Practice Leader for the Sales, Marketing and Communications practice and previously served as the firm’s Global Practice leader for the Consumer Goods and Services Practice. He also launched Spencer Stuart’s Marketing Officer Practice and led the firm’s Chicago office.
When not finding great executives, he co-authored the acclaimed book "Good for Business: The Rise of the Conscious Corporation." He is the co-founder of the M50 marketing group and the creator of Spencer Stuart’s annual CMO Summit. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Greg held various leadership roles in sales and marketing with Nabisco Foods, Colgate-Palmolive, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Nestle.
