As the Executive Vice President responsible for Delivery Channels & Social Platforms, she is in charge of development and management of the digital channels of the Bank and leading all of its digital marketing activities. Before this role, she has managed the Retail Banking Business Line at the Bank for 7 years. She worked in McKinsey&Company for 7 years and was an Associate Partner there before joining Garanti Bank.
Didem Başer graduated from Boğaziçi University Department of Civil Engineering and earned her graduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley College of Engineering.
