Desiree has worked in the consumer insights & strategy field for 22+ years. Her experience encompasses qualitative, quantitative, and syndicated research on the creative and media side, brand strategy & development, consumer insights, and portfolio & consumer experience strategy. During her agency time, her Client roster has included some of the biggest brand builders in the business, including Ford Motor Co., General Motors, Coca-Cola Light/Diet Coke, Clear Channel, Nickelodeon, Country Music Association, Samsung, Miller Coors, & P&G, and Kellogg’s.

In July 2017, Desiree joined the Kellogg’s organization to lead the implementation, refinement, documentation and roll out of Kellogg’s new brand-building process, across the organization. Since joining Kellogg, Desiree has launched several leading-edge capability programs all with global scale and business impact, most notably: Brand Building Fundamentals (BBF), KWay of Inclusive Marketing (KWOIM), Marketing Financial Acumen, and Kellogg Brand Growth Principles (KBGP).

Her passion for brand building, cultural intelligence and creativity, and her deep understanding of consumers and consumer behavior, has fueled her ongoing desire to help brand teams strategically position and build their brands, increase creative excellence & effectiveness, and develop omni-channel activations to stand out in the marketplace and bring new consumers and shoppers into the beloved Kellanova brand portfolio.

Desiree majored in Psychology and minored in Biology at the University of Colorado, where she graduated with honors. An avid traveler who has lived in and visited a number of U.S. cities and numerous countries abroad, she has firmly planted her roots in Chicago with her two young boys and houseful of pets.
