As Head of Business Development & Innovation, Beth leads the Ad Council's work with media companies, media agencies, and ad tech firms, securing $1.6B in donated media support in 2016 for the organization’s 40+ social cause campaigns. She is also responsible for securing and growing relationships with emerging companies and technologies in the advertising ecosystem; incubating new media strategies, platforms and models to drive positive social change; and overseeing the Ad Council Innovation Lab. Prior to joining the Ad Council in 2013, Beth worked at Comcast / NBCU, Hearst, Disney and Time Inc., in general management, digital media, sales development, and consumer marketing. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in English from Georgetown University.
