Arindam is a bold, enthusiastic, and seasoned agency marketer, hyper-passionate about business building cross platform specialization in media, creativity, data, and commerce. He is obsessed with decoding consumer journey and stitching full-funnel media strategies for brand. He is a thorough video-evangelist lead digital adoption, measurements, insights, and strategic leadership. He works across all brands in dentsu Indonesia covering media, creative and customer experience service line.

He has profound experience in handling top-notch business of local and global scale from CPG, Telco, Fintech, Tobacco, Edutech to ecommerce categories, dealing complex portfolio across Indo and APAC region. Handled large scale teams and built high performance agile teams through new ways of mentoring/coaching practices to talented professionals across agencies and supplier network. Arindam has chaired as one of jury members of prestigious Spikes Asia, YouTube Works, CitraPariwara jury and have been a part of screening committee for dentsu Innovation awards, Smarties MMA Indo 2021. In his current role, he drives as the changing agent for crafting new-age strategy, business analytics and marketing effectiveness, implementation, end to end offline-online measurement system across large-mid-to-small size clients and even to SMEs.

Arindam has garnered more than 45+ medallions to his and team’s credit – internal within organization, external within client and industry, including few golds in his kitty. Arindam has been keynote speaker in various media and marketing sessions and have few published articles till date.

He is also a diversity champion of dentsu APAC flagbearer of LGBTQ+ rights. He has initiated few diversity-driven movements first-ever in Indonesia celebrating provocating-leadership in workplace and working towards safe and unbiased culture of inclusivity.
