How to optimize the first time user experience (FTuE)
Digital wallet services provider CardMobili has signed a partnership agreement with Telecom Italia Digital Solutions, the Italian operator's digital enterprise arm, to launch a new mobile digital service throughout Italy. As part of the deal, TI Digital Solutions will conduct an initial pilot of CardMobili's digital marketing and digital loyalty and engagement app, based on Portugal Telecom's successful mobile user loyalty service "MEO CardMobili". The partners said the app will focus on easy to use and quickly activated mass marketing digital services such as gift cards, user-generated loyalty and membership cards, punch cards, email and push communications, beacon engagement and personalised marketing communications. It will also integrate other automated marketing features, and will able to deliver individual incentives to users that have not visited a store or made a purchase for a specific period of time.
