She is currently with Kenvue India (formerly Johnson & Johnson) CXO head, where she is driving substantial transformations in Kenvue's media, content and digital strategy to prioritise consumer centricity. Her earlier initiatives have included a significant shift in the media mix, emphasizing a digital agenda, and positioning the market as one of the first globally to launch a program aimed at enhancing media quality.
A strong believer in Technovation, Shalini has sought to integrate advanced technology by AI-driven solutions and establishing systems and processes that promote automation and future-ready media practices initiating a command center for marketing efficiency & effectiveness.
Shalini has played a crucial role in shaping consumer behaviour and developing new categories such as Telecom, DTH, and OTT through impactful media launches, all while driving substantial business growth for organizations like GroupM, Reliance ADAG Group, Idea Telecom and Star-Disney, Hotstar & Haleon. She has also been pivotal in the launch of new brands in healthcare fostering business growth through a Dcomm-first strategy. Her contributions have garnered external recognition in recent years, with accolades such as the MMA Smarties and ET Brand Equity Shark Tank awards.
Originally from Varanasi, Shalini is a curious traveller and enjoys exploring different cultures and experiences. With a strong academic foundation in Post-Graduation from FMS-BHU with honors in Chemistry & Psychology, imagination is at her core, driving her creative spirit.
