Earlier as VP – Partnerships & Innovation at Walt Disney Company, She has driven Efficiencies and Effectiveness of deployment for Disney’s Media and Marketing spends and ROI, set up system, process and automation driven approach for future-ready media practices.
She has been instrumental in influencing customer behaviour and creating new categories like Data, DTH, OTT through impactful media launches whilst delivering strong business growth for Colgate Palmolive, Idea Cellular Ltd, Star - Hotstar.
Shalini has also been associated with leading agencies like Group M, Rediffusion TME and IMRB International in the past.
She believes that ‘Data is the new oil’ and TECHNOVATION has the power to solve big problems in smaller cities.
