Previously, Ryan served as the Head of MarComms for a regional banking and finance firm before joining Dentsu Creative as PR and Social Director. He also held a significant role as the communications head at Xiaomi, where he formulated corporate marketing strategies and managed communication strategies for smartphones and AIoT products.
Ryan's professional journey includes tenures at international firms like Edelman and Publicis, where he honed skills in corporate marketing, crisis management, public relations, and stakeholder management. He has also contributed his expertise to Microsoft and VCCorp, focusing on strategic planning, digital marketing, social media, and event planning.
Furthermore, Ryan has actively participated in initiatives such as Empowering Youths Across ASEAN by ASEAN Foundation and holds certification as a leader from the Asia School of Business.
