Preeti has enjoyed a diverse career spanning role in business development, general management, operations, strategy and transformation for a mix of companies including; Brookfield Multiplex, Metcash (Top 100 ASX), Intuit Real Estate Solutions, Vision Software and most recently Schneider Electric. Driven to stay relevant in a fast changing world, Preeti has forged a path in commercial leadership through tenacity, raw drive and a highly strategic mind-set that is comfortable and confident in defining future business visions.
Over the past 12 years, she has built a name for strategic transformation, commercial intelligence and growth, with experience spanning ASX listed and ambitious start-ups. Providing astute sales, business development and operational leadership that maximises commercial return. Preeti brings diverse experience spanning software, construction, retail and industrial technology with a proven track record of navigating specific contexts to provide high-level direction driving major transformation. She is bilingual between the startup community and the board rooms and c-suites of large companies.
Preeti’s current role is CEO, Clipsal Solar (venture by Schneider Electric), with the sole mission of using renewables technologies to enable customers to achieve purposeful living. Preeti has the ability to understand customer pain, marry it with the art of the possible — the technology and trends that are available to solve that pain — and manage a rapidly growing organization focused on effective and efficient execution.
In 2011 Preeti won the AFR’s Young Executive of the Year award, never afraid to push a boundary, Preeti has also championed many firsts during her career as a young and successful professional. She was also awarded the Scholarship for the Authentic Leadership Program to Harvard by Chief Executive Women in 2017.Preeti has completed her MBA in Finance and Master of Applied Finance. Preeti is passionate about diversity and actively supports emerging leaders through her contribution as an advisory member of Chief Executive Women and the lead for the Energy Committee for Australia India Business Council.
