•Phuong's leadership shines through her 13-year stewardship of Greenhat Joint Stock Company, a creative marketing solutions firm she co-founded. She brought her visionary approach to life, providing innovative marketing experiences that resonated with clients especially sport platform and its sport marketing initiatives. Notably, as Chief Marketing Officer of Novaland Group in one year, she effectively oversaw the marketing of expansive real estate projects.
