Ophelia Ceradini is Vice President, Digital Technology and Innovation, for The Estée Lauder Companies, the world’s largest prestige beauty company. In this role, Ophelia oversees Digital Innovation for the Company’s global portfolio of prestige beauty brands, which includes Estée Lauder, Clinique, M•A•C, Bobbi Brown, Origins, La Mer, Jo Malone London and Aveda, among others. She leads consumer experience-driven innovation for mobile, in-store digital, social media, loyalty and other multi-channel platforms.
Previously, Ophelia was Executive Director, Production, for The Estée Lauder Companies Online division, where she led the expansion of the e-commerce footprint to position the Company as the largest online prestige beauty retailer in the world, with over 600 websites in more than 50 countries. In addition, Ophelia launched The Estée Lauder Companies’ first mobile platform, which established the cornerstone of the Company’s mobile-first strategy.
Ophelia loves the outdoors and embracing a healthy and active lifestyle which includes competing in triathlons, biking, swimming and running. She’s an aspiring ceramic artist and loves spending time with her family.
