Murat is the Online Brand Manager at Estee Lauder Co. Turkey. He leads e-commerce operartions of the prestige cosmetics brands; Clinique, Estee Lauder, MAC, Bobbi Brown and Aveda as well as the digital marketing of all brands in ELC portfolio.

Murat gratudated from Middle East Techincal University in 1992. He started his profeesional work life at Kale Group Companies as a Market Research Executive and worked at the company until 1998. Then he joined to YKM as MIS Manager and he led that role for 4 years, in 2004 be became the head of CRM at YKM. Then, Murat joined to Estee Lauder Turkey as CRM Manager in 2008, where he led many local, regional and global projects. In 2011 he appointed as the Online Brand Manager in ELC Turkey. He has been mainly responsable for all digital/social/e-commerce operations of 8 prestige cosmetics brands.
