Kelly leads Mindshare’s Invention+ discipline across North America, with a focus on making Mindshare the most creative media agency in the industry. Working with clients and teams such as Tyson Foods, Volvo, Unilever, and others, her remit encompasses client-specific media idea generation and innovation roadmaps, facilitation of creative thinking and workshops, thought leadership, and the development of products that make Mindshare distinct.
A graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Public Finance, Kelly started her media career on the Digital Investment Group at Mindshare, later moving to the Invention+ practice to help brands move at the speed of culture through breakthrough innovation. She then moved over to Molson Coors Beverage Company, leading national media efforts for Miller Lite and High Life brands, then pivoted into a Brand Management role focused on new product development across the Hard Seltzer category. She returned to Mindshare to lead the Invention+ team in 2022 and has since spearheaded many Mindshare products and programs, including the Mindshare Metaverse Modules, the agency’s “Media Utopia” series, and more.
