Jonathan joined Unilever Indonesia 1 year ago. Prior to joining Unilever, he has 6 years of experience working in FMCG industry across brand marketing, trade marketing, R&D, CRM, and digital functions. His last position in Danone was CRM and Loyalty Program manager where he developed and led the largest loyalty program in Formula Milk Industry, Klub Bunda SGM, and was also responsible for consumer data acquisition through both online and offline channels, for Nutriclub and Bebeclub. Under his care, the team successfully recruited, on average, 150,000 new consumers every month while delivering successful partnerships with key online and offline retailers thus delivering business results.
In his current position, Jonathan is responsible for development of key digital campaign initiatives for the three brands under his care (Axe, Rexona, and Dove), while leading the digital transformation agenda for the category. He is passionate about data driven marketing, especially on driving value and business results through proper governance of offline and online platforms (O2O). His latest work with Axe is being nominated in the MMA Smarties 2019 awards in the cross mobile integration and CRM categories. On his spare time, he likes to get on the back of his old motorbike and listen to Indie music. He is active in his community, volunteering in some social events, and actively supporting orangutan conservation efforts through Borneo Orangutan Survival foundation.
