Jil leads Content + Search Strategy globally for Colgate. In this role, Jil works to infuse strong digital marketing capabilities throughout the organization, as well as stay on top of all things related to how people are evolving with their search behavior and how brands need to keep up. Learning fun facts about teeth brushing is a great perk of the job. She joined Colgate in 2011, and has held a number of roles since, working in both Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing. Prior to joining Colgate, she has experience working in retail buying at Amazon and Target. She also serves as a board member for an education focused non-profit, Power My Learning, which leverages technology to transform learning for students, teachers, and caregivers in underprivileged communities. In her free time she loves to travel, and is looking forward to an upcoming trip to Greece with her husband.
Jil received her B.B.A from University of Wisconsin – Madison and her M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.
