Jessica Setiawan is an architecture-graduate before pursuing her passion and become a seasoned marketer with more than 12 years of experience in consumer goods industry across different country, regional and global positions. She believes building winning brands with consumers is key to thrive together for a better world.
Jessica started her career in Sampoerna (Philip Morris Int’l), then Unilever before joining Multi Bintang Indonesia, part of The HEINEKEN Company in 2011 where she led premiumization of Heineken® brand in Indonesia. She then relocate to Amsterdam in 2016 to be part of Global Heineken® Brand Team as Global Digital Manager focusing on digital transformation to be mobile-first and data-driven global brand campaigns. Jessica moved to Singapore to be closer to home in 2018 whilst extending her role beyond digital to integrated brand communication and be the partner for APAC region.
In her current role as Marketing Director of Multi Bintang Indonesia, Jessica lead her team of passionate marketers to champion consumer needs into successful brand stories that transform into business performance, growth and innovation for portfolio of brands including Heineken® and BINTANG; recently launching BINTANG Crystal, BINTANG Anggur Merah & Tiger Soju.
