Ian Hepburn is UK & Ireland Marketing Director for Evergreen Garden Care, the leading garden care company outside North America. He leads both consumer and customer marketing and is also responsible for the UK sustainability strategy. Evergreen has recently been gaining recognition for the quality of its innovation and digital marketing and was certified carbon neutral in Scope 2 in 2020. Prior to joining Evergreen last year, Ian built over 20 years’ experience in consumer packaged goods, having worked at Mars, and before that PepsiCo and Kraft Foods. Whilst at Mars Ian led several breakthrough marketing and business change initiatives and has launched a number of successful innovations in both confectionery and ice cream.
