I graduated as engineer and worked 4 years in my early career as professional one, working for Schlumberger & General Electric. Then decided that marketing is my passion and joined Unilever Indonesia for 15 years, mainly in marketing and sales. During that period, managed to:

• Grow Bango sweet soya sauce and Royco seasoning to be market leader.
• Winner of “Marketing Dream Team”, SWA Magazine.
• Food Director award.

I also managed several other Unilever’s brands, to make my experience & understanding more thorough across brands & categories.

After that, I joined Sriboga Flour Mill, a local family business with main achievement of:

Develop innovation of B2C flour product range.

Establish “Sriboga Customer Center” as front line service & sales points in several main cities.

Now I am working for Suntory-Garuda, a joint venture between Suntory as no 1 beverage company in Japan and Garuda Food, a leading Food company in Indonesia. My responsibility is to develop the tea-based beverage business. The challenge is to make the brands engage more with the target audiences.

It is always an exciting journey to understand what the business needs, craft ideas and bring them alive to make business & life impacts. I always a strong believer in team work as “none of us is stronger than all of us”.
