Elvira Jakub, Head of Media and Digital Samsung Electronics Indonesia - a media expert with 15 years' experience in media and digital. She started her career in a multinational agency LeoBurnett/ Starcom and assisted in developing a brand new local media agency, Activate. She then joined Nestle Indonesia as a Media Manager in charge of media neutral strategy, managing modern retail branding while also contributes as champion in Nestle brand building process.
Her curiosity for constant changes in the media platforms has kept her passion alive and it finally brought her to a more dynamic marketing environment in Samsung Indonesia, where she set up the media division in 2012. Her role was then expanded to cover the digital content. The combination of paid media, ad tech, data power and great content has transformed Samsung Indonesia into a leading brand in media and digital innovation.
