Dan Gesser is the IBM Digital Marketing, Mobile Customer Engagement subject matter expert. He joined IBM with the acquisition of the mobile engagement start-up, Xtify. Dan built and led the sales organization for Xtify and was responsible for new customer engagements, working closely with the C-Suite of companies from Sephora and TD Ameritrade to Coca-Cola and the U.S. Federal Government. Dan is an experienced and innovative digital marketer with a proven track record of building engagement and ROI in B2B and B2C environments. Dan has had articles published by Mobile Marketer Daily and Loyalty 360 and has been a speaker at a number of important industry trade shows. Before joining Xtify, Dan was a VP in the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer at Citi. He holds a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Dan and his wife (Sara) live in Hoboken, NJ with their son, Reuben.
