Charlotte Creech is a mission-driven business leader and social entrepreneur with a devoted passion for supporting the military and veteran community. Currently she is the head of Claims Innovation and New Business Models at USAA where she leads a team of innovators focused on delivering the Earth’s most connected, empathetic and effortless claims experience for USAA’s members and employees.

Prior to joining USAA, Charlotte was the CEO of Patriot Boot Camp, a non-profit that provides free startup education and mentoring programs to high-growth tech companies founded by active duty military members, veterans, and their spouses.

Charlotte’s passion for supporting the military and veteran entrepreneur community arose from her experience growing her own tech startup, Combat2Career, which she founded to match veterans with higher education programs through a personalized college search platform and GI Bill tuition calculator. Prior to releasing her inner entrepreneur, Charlotte worked as a business consultant and commercial claims adjuster for The Hartford.

Charlotte has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bentley University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Connecticut. She is the proud spouse of an Air Force veteran and first responder, and a busy mom of two. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys volunteering for Patriot Boot Camp, ACP, and Techstars and is especially passionate about promoting and mentoring women-led and veteran-led startups.
