Carlo has spent his career in marketing, handling multiple categories and brands across Personal Care, Laundry, Health & Wellness, Baby Care, OTC, Food, and Beverages. He has worked for Unilever Philippines, Mondelēz International, and is currently the Head of Marketing for Kenvue Philippines (formerly Johnson & Johnson Philippines), leading the growth of iconic brands, such as Johnson’s Baby, Modess, Listerine, Bactidol, Neutrogena, and Aveeno.
He believes in driving growth through clear and insight-driven marketing that unlocks both “logic and magic”. He builds talents and teams by promoting authentic leadership, consumer curiosity, strong commercial acumen, and a collaborative working environment.
Outside of work, Carlo is a doting dad to his 1-year-old daughter and enjoys playing tennis on weekends.
