Dhruv has 23 years of experience across Communications, Digital Strategy, and Consulting in high-performance, results-driven roles spanning Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product Management. Currently, he is the Vice President – Revenue at The Trade Desk, leading the India business.

Previously, he built was responsible for building the Markets organization at JioStar (Disney+Viacom+Star India) and headed the Ads business at Disney+Hotstar, where he led Sales, Strategy, GTM, Content Solutions, Ad Tech Ops, and Partnerships.

Dhruv has also held leadership roles at Airtel across Sales and Marketing, worked in Management Consulting at Accenture, and spent nearly a decade at Google, driving digital growth across sectors including Telecom, BFSI, CPG, Auto, Ecommerce, and Retail.

Passionate about people, he has led multiple internal capability-building and sales development initiatives, with a strong focus on team-building and leadership development.
