CMOs from Akbank, Camelot, L’Oreal, Nomad Foods, Samsung, Stada, TSB, and senior executives from Adjust, RB, SAS, Snap, The Trade Desk and Tik Tok, join the MMA EMEA Board

 

London, England, (January 29th, 2021) – MMA EMEA, the industry trade body architecting the future of marketing across the EMEA region, today announced its new board of directors with the addition of CMO’s from Akbank, Camelot, L’Oreal, Nomad Foods, Samsung, Stada, and TSB and senior representation from Adjust, RB, SAS, Snap, The Trade Desk, Tik Tok, and Verizon Media UK amongst others.

These appointments help to not only strengthen the MMA’s position as the industry organisation with significant marketing leadership representation on its boards (the MMA’s Global and North America boards have 35 sitting CMOs) but also to drive and support the delivery of its mission in enabling marketers to drive innovation and enduring business value in an increasingly dynamic and mobile-connected world.

MMA EMEA continues to focus its energies on using its data driven insights and science to build new knowledge delivering unique and powerful intellectual property, research, tools and thought leadership. As an example, through its Marketing Organisation Structure Think Tank, held in partnership with MarCaps, MMA introduced the MarCaps Readiness Assessment, an organisational framework that allows CMOs to evaluate both strengths and areas for improvement mapped against an inventory of 72 never-before-documented capabilities defining the modern marketing discipline. This enables them to prioritise what activities to do more of and, even more difficult to assess, what to do less.
