Gonzalo leads since 2020, our brand growth strategy & marketing capabilities agenda in Latin America Beverages, and is a key member in our relationship with bottling partners across the region.
In his previous role with PepsiCo, he led our marketing strategy across different categories and geographies in Latin America, including leading marketing for some of our biggest convenient foods businesses outside the US, such as Sabritas and Gamesa in Mexico. Throughout his more than 20 years in the PepsiCo, he’s been externally recognized with multiple awards in creativity, innovation, and disruptive communication (+20 Latam Effie awards, Cannes Lions, El Diente, Premio Mercurio, etc). In 2021 & 2024 he was named Regional Marketer of the Year by AdLatina & Scopen.
Before joining PepsiCo in 2004, Gonzalo worked in Tech start-ups in the USA and Argentina developing communications solutions for multiple sectors.
Gonzalo is a native from Argentina and holds an MBA graduate in the USA and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad de Belgrano in Argentina.
